1. Start with your ski socks
Put on your normal ski socks first. The guards should be worn over the socks rather than directly against the skin.
2. Position the pad below the knee
Pull each sleeve up so the upper edge sits just below the knee. Centre the honeycomb pad along the front of the shin where your boot tongue creates pressure.
3. Let the sleeve extend inside the boot
The lower part of the sleeve should continue behind the boot tongue. Smooth out any folds before fastening the boot.
4. Check the fit
Close the boot normally and make sure nothing pinches, rolls or restricts circulation. The pad should stay centred when you flex forward.
