Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected for your market. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and discounts are shown before you complete checkout. We may correct obvious pricing or technical errors before fulfilling an order. Payment is processed securely by the payment method selected at checkout.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may cancel or limit an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, fraud is suspected, shipping information is invalid or an obvious error has occurred. If we cancel an order after payment, the affected amount will be refunded.
Processing, shipping and delivery
Orders are processed before being handed to the carrier. Estimated delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by destination, customs, weather, peak demand or carrier delays. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Customs and import charges
Any duties, import taxes or brokerage charges not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside our control.
Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions and return address. Returned products must be unused, clean and in their original condition and packaging. Unless an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return has been inspected.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.
Product information
We aim to display product descriptions, measurements and colors accurately. Colors may vary slightly because of lighting, photography and screen settings. Minor variations that do not affect normal use are not defects.
Safe and intended use
Alpine Guards Pro is designed to add targeted cushioning where ski boots create pressure. It is not protective safety equipment and cannot eliminate the risks associated with skiing. Always wear the product over a ski sock and inside a properly fitted ski boot, never directly against bare skin. Stop using it if you experience irritation, numbness, restricted circulation or unusual discomfort. Follow the current product and care instructions and use appropriate ski safety equipment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alpine Guards is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, injuries resulting from skiing itself, improper use, an unsuitable fit, failure to follow instructions or modification of the product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy
We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Information needed for payment, fraud prevention and delivery may be shared with service providers involved in fulfilling your order.
Changes and governing rules
We may update these terms when our products, services or legal obligations change. The version available when an order is placed applies to that order. Applicable mandatory consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
